Virtualization

Virtualization technology used to be for the enterprise only.  Now organizations of all sizes are leveraging the flexibility and uptime that virtualization on site or co-located can bring to their business.  Virtualization, explained simply, is adding a layer inbetween the hardware you buy and the operating system.  In this way the entire computer is condensed into 1 file which can be stored on site or offsite and easily restored in the event of a disaster on the same or different hardware.
