Our Law Office Document Automation System (LODAS) allows you to quickly and easily create a variety of legal and non-legal documents. Using a user-friendly graphic interface, LODAS walks the user through the document creation process in seconds. Because LODAS is so easy to use, very little training is necessary.
LODAS allows you to access LexisNexis TimeMatters® or Outlook and use the data in those applications to complete your documents. By accessing the powerful formattable clipboard feature of Time Matters, LODAS can insert preformatted text as well as specific data fields into documents. Add additional clipboards to expand your capabilities.
LODAS works with Microsoft® Word and is especially helpful to those firms struggling to make the switch from WordPerfect® or use Word more efficiently. LODAS eliminates many of the formatting headaches associate with Word sections, headers and footers.
LODAS ships with an easy to use configuration utility, making it easy to add your firm's letterhead, fax cover sheet and users to the program.
